Washingtonian Recognizes ESAC, Inc. As Great Place to Work

October 22, 2015

ESAC, Inc. has been recognized as one of the 2015 Great Places to Work in the Washington, DC area by Washingtonian magazine.

This is the ninth time Washingtonian has chosen Great Places to Work in the Washington, DC area. It is published every other year dating back to 1999.

The 50 winning workplaces were chosen on the basis of such measures as: generous pay and benefits, challenging and inserting work, great work/life balance, opportunities to learn and grow, commitment to charity and community, and the recognition and respect given to employees.

Winners were chosen after reviewing nearly 200 companies and close to 10,000 employee surveys. The final determinations relied heavily on the scores given by a company’s employees, “I’ve worked at other places, and none compare to ESAC in terms of a management that respects and listens to staff and values quality of life,” says senior project manager Laura Sheahan.

Among Washingtonian’s 50 winning workplaces, there are a mix of sizes (from a boutique firm with a dozen employees to a corporation with more than 48,000 employees), as well as industries including government agencies, information-technology firms, government contractors, nonprofits, and more.
